"BLOOD" Donation

Mummy said that my mei mei will make her first ‘blood’ donation within the first few minutes of her birth in March. And this special ‘blood’ donation is something special. And can only be done once in a lifetime thing during birth.

My mei mei will be donating her Cord Blood. Daddy & Mummy went to the SCBB (Singapore Cord Blood Bank) yesterday to sign the consent form to donate mei mei’s Cord Blood. SCBB is the first Public Cord Bank in Singapore & South East Asia.

According to Mummy, since it is too expensive to keep mei mei’s Cord Blood with the private bank, if we don’t bank it then the hospital will discard it, and it cannot be use for mei mei, why don’t we donate it? It might help to save others.

The SCBB Coordinator told us that not all Cord Blood can be donated. If it is a multiple birth, premature birth, overdue birth or any blood disorder like Thalassemia, etc. All these cases cannot donate the Cord Blood. So even though we have signed the form, so long my mei mei is not born within 36-40 weeks, her cord blood cannot be donated. I pray to GOD now for him to protect my mei mei till full term so that she can make her ‘First’ Blood donation.
And I also urge other Daddy & Mummy to-be to seriously consider donating Cord Blood unless you intend to keep it for the baby’s siblings.

CNY, I hate UUUUUUUUU

I hate Chinese New Year. Every year either Mummy need to send me away for a few days, so that they can go back to JB or Mummy will travel to & fro Singapore daily, so that I can go & do my poo & pee. And poor Mummy, this year she going to do the same thing again.

All Daddy & EE fault. Just because Daddy wanted to spend time with his family and my Mummy’s only sister refuse to let me go over to stay for that few days so no other choice lor. Mummy will have to travel between JB & Singapore daily – Morning in, evening out. Maybe Mummy will get miscarriage during this travelling thing, so that Daddy will realized how BAD it is for Mummy to travel to & fro.

Actually hor, Daddy did suggest for Mummy to go over to EE’s house to spend the Chinese New Year. But hor they are not out family mah, how can Mummy go over to spend Chinese New Year at other people house? EE is just our relative not FAMILY.

I wonder why can’t Singapore & Malaysia government dun issue Passport for us – Canine & Feline. If they issue then at least we can follow our Daddy & Mummy whenever they travel between Singapore & Malaysia. Haizzzzzz

The final countdown begins… only 9 more weeks to go, and I will soon be promoted to be a Gor Gor. Not a bad idea hor. Soon someone will be there to call me Piston Gor Gor. It sounded Great!!! Only mummy still abit upset over the fact that it is a girl.

Mummy had been quite busy with the preparation for the arrival of my mei mei (No name yet - Daddy you are really a slow coach). Our house is in a mess now, baby clothes, soft toys, etc... I hope she will be able to finish all these by the end of this month. Mummy also tell me that in a few weeks time she will be away for a few days, then she will bring home my mei mei for me.

Mummy said I must give my mei mei a warm welcome. What is a warm welcome? Should I drink lots of hot water then lick her, so that she will feel warm? Or should I go sun bathing before meeting her, then I used my body to rub her so that she will feel my hot body? Aiyoh, Mummy why must you set such a difficult task for me.

Yesterday, is Christmas Day. And this passage was preach by the Pastor in my mummy's church. It talks about humiliation & exaltation of Christ Jesus. Have a Blessed Christmas to all who view my blog.

Blessed Christmas

Our Family hate it when people greet us "Merry X'mas" or to received a greeting card with "Merry X'mas". It should be Christmas not X'mas. Althought now Christmas had become a more commerical day but we should not forget the true meaning of Christmas. Which is Lord Jesus Christ, Our ONE & ONLY Lord & Saviour. How absurd is it that people forget that Christmas spells as CHRISTMAS instead of X'MAS

"Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him." Mat 2:2

We must come & praise him, worshipped him & bring glory & honor to his name. It is because of his birth that we can be saved. To repay his kindness one should serve him. My Daddy is blessed enough to be born in a family full of GOD childrens and my mummy is also blessed enough to be able to married into this family full of GOD's children. But I am the one who is most blessed cause I am adopted by Daddy & Mummy into this huge family full of GOD's Children.

My Christmas wish thid year is for more people to be able to reunited with GOD & walk with him.

Unsightly event

Mummy told me just now that I grind my teeth while I am asleep. OMG!!! How could it be? Is so unsightly. Mummy ever told me that I snore & drool while sleeping and sometime my snore can be louder than Daddy’s. Never did I expect that I had another discredit to be added to my list of "Hall of Unsight" – Teeth Grinding.

I wonder the human myth on using slipper to slap my mouth will help or not leh? Mummy’s colleague say maybe is due to stress or got frighten by something or someone that why I grind my teeth. But hor I am such a happy go lucky boy, how to have stress? Nope to the "Frighten by something or someone" as well leh, cause I never poo green shit.

Give me back my ORIGINAL Mummy

This unborn mei mei of mine is a real terror. She is cauing so must discomfort to my mumy. She cause my mummy tummy to bloat!!! Aiyoh, mummy tummy now so big till she cant see her own leg. Then she cause mummy to have leg cramps everynight. It is really annoying, she really disturb everyone from their sweet dreams. Everynight, not long after I slept, mummy would be screaming - WHY? because leg cramp lah. See my mei mei very naughty hor.

Then she cause my mummy to get tired easily & sleepy too. This is really serious, she cause mummy to be unable to play with me. You know, lack of play can cause a dog to age faster!!!

And LAST but not least. She cause my mummy to eat more!!! So now my mummy eat 1/4 of my share of HCF everyday. Poor me - only left with 3/4 of the dinner. This is bad - hungry dog can't give 100% Concentration in house watching duty.

So my dear Mei Mei, can you come out earlier then everything will be back to normal & I can have my Original mummy back?

Ikea in Tampines

Aiyoh, today is the opening of Ikea Tampines. My Daddy, Popo & Lao Ee when there quite early in the morning thinking that there will not be much people. Never did they except that the crowd is oredi super long. It took them ? hour before they can step into Ikea.

According to Daddy "Beri chaotic ar! 1 2 go in oso must Q like long long dragon. Somemore got Cisco there to jaga. All hell break fr shuttle bus." "EvenThe Bistro that sell the $1 hotdog, the Q oso like long long dragon, can compare w/ Stephanie Sun’s Autograph event."

I hate Noel

I hate the latest Noel advertisement!!!

Why do they use our house door bell ring tone. Each time their door bell ring, i thought is ours & I go dashing to the door to welcome the visitor with my bark but only to realised that it is the TV advertisement!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

And each time it send my daddy, mummy & popo laughing loudly. So malu...........

What name for Little Baby Jelly?

Daddy & Mummy got a big headache now, they are searching for a name for my meimei. But dun seems to be able to compromise to one. Daddy said he actually for prepare a few names but hor all of them are boy’s name. And too bad little baby jelly is a girl thus all those names cannot be use.

And Mummy prefer Biblical Names, so they have rather limited choices as most of them taken up by their nieces. But somehow mummy manage to come up with a few like:

Leah
Dinah
Abigail
Martha
Priscilla

I wonder which of these is suitable for Baby Jelly? And Mummy like the name Leah the best.

Clumsy Me

I think I am getting as clumsy as my mummy or maybe clumsy is a contagious disease. Cause I actually poo on my hind leg, when mummy brings me downstairs to do my business. Really clumsy rite???

Mummy did not realized till halfway walking – how come I slow down and refuse to walk any further. Then she realized that I actually poo on myself. So no choice we die die must shorten our walk to clean me up. Clumsy me almost cause my mummy to be late for church service. Sorry mummy, I promised that next time I be more careful & try to avoid pooing near lamppost so as to reduce my chance of pooing on myself.

GIRL

Mummy was sobbing when she told me the sex of Little Baby Jelly is a GIRL!!! I hate girls, they are nasty and always so full of themselves. I am not going to like this girl!!! I always hope that mummy will be able to give me a brother and now she is going to have a GIRL!!! I can't imagine how miserable my life will be when she is born.

Daddy will definitely love her more than me. And she will get all the attention and none left for me. I am going to hate her and I believe my mummy will also dun like her. Coz she always hoping for a boy not girl.

I am a Les Pooch Boy

Uncle B got for me a bottle of 16 oz Le Pooch Vitamin Enriched Shampoo from Boston. And Mummy let me use it yesterday, is really very good nice. I dun need to use conditioner anymore and now I smell nice as well. Thanks Uncle B.

This shampoo could be use daily but according to mummy. She say I dun need a bath everyday thus, she will only use it once in every two weeks.

Accident not prevented

Something horrible happen at my mummy office this morning. An anytime can be fatal accident took place. A Machinist fell down & a huge piece of material fell on him – according to the other staff who when to check on the matter it is a very long & huge piece of high alloy metal. I can’t believe it!!! This is not the 1st time materials fell but it is always near missed. Why this time so accurate and hit on a man?

I really wonder whose fault is it? The machinist fault or the machine fault. It is all depend on the investigation report. If safety awareness is widely practice then this type of accident will not happen. eg. PPL Shipyard

Let pray & hope that the machinist will be able to pull through this ordeal.

Recently

Mummy is not spending enough time with me, although was on MC for 3 days last week. But she been lying on the bed all the time. Lazy Mummy!!! According to Daddy, Mummy’s back hurts & she need lots of rest. Well on MC is already resting what, why cant she play with me. Although, I like her hug & kisses but I duno why, I always like to resist & fight for my freedom & a few times I accidentally kick her tummy & she screams. Shhhhhhh dun tell my Daddy ok. Else he will kill me for hurting baby jelly.

I have been barking a bit more often then usual, all thanks to the irritating property agent & promoters giving out leaflets. I can smellllllll something evil about them. So I must do my duty as a watchdog – BARK, BARK & BARK till they retreat. One of these day I must get mummy to put up a big big notice saying " Neighbours & Salesman Prohibited. Any trespasser will be Prosecute"

Yesterday was Hari Raya Puasa. As my mummy is still not getting any better with her back thing, thus yesterday was an at home day. But it is also a hungry day for me, coz my dear neighbours on the ground floor are cooking nice food. It made me drools & stomach hungry. It smells like frying bacons….

Food that I love

Recently I fall in love with this fruit call Pomegranate. Is something very commonly seen here in Singapore but not much people like to eat it. Too bad.

But I just fall in love with it after my mummy purchase it from Aunty Joyce's fruit shop while I was having my haircut in Aunty Gloria's shop. According to mummy, she missed this particular fruit coz, it is rarely seen in the market. So to fulfill her craving for it she got home 3 pieces of the Pomegranate. As many people knew that I am a food lovers thus I beg mummy to let me try it. Wow Shiok leh, after the 1st try I fall in love with it immediately.

Due to both Mother & Son passion for it, we finish it within 3 days. Very horrible right?

Grey grey sky

Beginning this week Daddy restrict my daily walk of running to only doing my business then go home coz according to him - the weather is bad. If we stay out too long, it is bad for our health. That is quite true leh, coz I been smelling something funny these few days & I am afraid that it will destroy my natural smelling power.

And this morning reading at 9am is 119. If this continue then soon we all will be walking around wearing a MASK!!! Can you imagine how awlful it will be for me to wear a MASK!!!

How I wish the the haze will go away then I can go out & play. How I missed the dashing & running days.

Clumsy Mummy

I had a super clumsy mummy!!!!!!!!

Mummy fell twice this month already. And this morning she did it again. Scare the hell out of everyone in her office. Duno why she like to fall so much? Or maybe she duno how to balance herself (in another word, mummy is too heavy liao, she need to lost weight in-order to walk properly)

Heng arh, I am not like her, fall so easily. I think I never fell before. Even my Popo who just had her knee operation also can walk better then her.

MUMMY, PLEASE GO AND LEARN HOW TO WALK PROPERLY LAH!!!
